12oz butter
4oz Self Raising Flour
8oz Caster Sugar
12 oz Porrodge Oats
apricots,dates,sultanas (optional)
grease and line Swiss roll tin
Melt butter and stir in sugar oats and flour.
Add dried fruit if required
Turn mixture into tin and level out
Bake in moderate oven 170 degrees 25 mins TIL light brown in colour
