6oz Shipton White flour
3oz Shipton Wholemeal Flour
3oz Rice Flour
3/4 of juice from tin of chickpeas
3/4 tsp of salt
750ml of milk
Add all ingredients into a bowl, whip to a smooth batter, not too thick.
Fry with a little oil and serve. Keep it a thin layer and allow it to cook until firm and a little golden on both sides.
