250ml water
400g organic bread flour
tsp sugar
tsp yeast
1/2 tbls olive oil
fresh rosemary/ sage/ herbs
sea salt /1/2 tsp in bread more for sprinkling on top
mix all ingredients together into a dough, you can use a bread machine for this.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.Push the dough into the tray and leave to rise covered with oiled cling film. Push fingers into dough to make small indentations.Pour on more oil and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary/herbs.
Bake at 180 for 20/25 mins.
I then dip into olive oil/balsamic and serve with other nibbles.
