1ld 4oz bread flour.. mixture of white, wholemeal and granary or mixed seed flour. The less wholemeal used the lighter the loaf.
1 rounded tsp salt
1 and a quarter tsp of dried yeast
360ml of water.
put ingredients into breadmaker in the order that is recommended, xtra large loaf size setting basic, 4 hour programme.
lighter loaf as no oil but dries out quickly, so once cool I slice and put in the freezer.
