Ingredients:
4 cups Shipton Mill organic light malthouse flour (or similar)
1/4 cup of malted wheat (optional)
1 tab oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried yeast
1 tsp sugar
1.5 cups of warm water
Method
Place all the ingredients into the bread machine loaf tin and set to cook for a long programme.
When finished turn onto a wire rack to cool and then eat and enjoy!
PS I find this recipe works well without a bread machine too.
