Creamy pinhead porridge


1 measure of Shipton Mill Organic Pinhead Oats for Porridge.

(I use a USA 1/2 cup measuring scoop for one portion)

3 measures of organic full fat milk

Mixed nuts, blue berries, hone


Put the oats into a small saucepan, add the milk and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir the porridge mixture and set on a low heat to come to a very gentle simmer. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon (no need to stand over it) until it thickens to the required consistency. This should take no more than 10 minutes. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes, then serve with nuts, berries and honey.
