Ingredients
113g butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
165g demerara sugar
150g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
170g chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190c / 170c fan
- In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract and sugar
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt
- Add the dry and wet ingredients toether, stir well to combine
- Slowly add chocolate until well combined
- Use a small cookie dough/ice cream scoop (a teaspoon works too) to place the cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper making sure to leave room for them to spread (1.5"-2")
- Bake for 10 minutes
