Cheese (Dino) Straws


120g butter
250g grated strong cheddar cheese
1⁄2 tsp mustard 250g plain flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk


Cream the butter, cheese and mustard together in a bowl.

Rub in the flour and salt until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Add enough milk to turn the mixture into a stiff dough. Turn onto a floured surface and roll out to a thickness of about 1.5cm.

Cut to your desired shape, then bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until crispy.
