Makes 8

450g Chapati Flour or Wholewheat Flour

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

250ml Cold Filtered Water

3 Tablespoons Veg Oil

Put Flour & Salt in a large bowl & gradually add the water, mixing by hand until dough is firm & smooth.

Add Veg oil & mix by hand until incorporated.

Cover & Rest for 30 Mins at Room Temperature

Dough can be left in the fridge until needed.

Heat a dry large frying pan/Skillet

Portion the dough into 50g balls.

Roll to 2/3 Milimetres

Cook 1 at a time for 2/3 mins on each side (spinning with a fish slice or your fingers).

Serve Imediately.
