Can I use your soda bread flour in a panasonic bread machine?
I realise no yeast, but what other ingredients?
There would be very little point in attempting to do this as the whole thing about soda bread is the ease of the process.
Soda breads are happy with very little development and the advantage of the bread machines are designed to develop the dough to the optimum.
They also help to put the fermentation into the product and this also is not needed as the aeration comes from the reaction of the bicarb and the butter milk.
If you need a recipe come back to me but it is as simple as blending the ingredients by folding together and placing directly into a hot oven for 20mins.
