Buckwheat Honey Cake

150g buckwheat flour

150g soft butter

150g honey

6 eggs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a hand whisk, then transfer batter into a baking pan, lined with baking paper. Bake at around 180 C degrees for 40-60 minutes, until done - check that batter will no longer cling to a wooden chopstick poked into the middle.

Leave to cool before eating.
