In general, I use Organic White Flour No.4 (105) for bread. Occasionally, I mix the flours for variety, especially with Organic Spelt Wholemeal Flour (407). I prefer to buy large sacks (25 kg) and use them for homemade bread over a few weeks.
The organic white flour works best for Panettone as well. The other ingredients are organic coconut sugar, almond milk, organic eggs, dried yeast, orange zest, spices and dried fruit of choice.
