1 lb Traditional Organic White Flour
1 lb Organic Light Malthouse Flour
2tsp Organic Dried Yeast
2tsp sea salt
600 ml warm water
2tbs of either Organic Rapeseed Oil or Organic Olive Oil
Method
1) boil some water in the kettle
2) measure 200ml cold water into a jug & top up with 100ml boiling water (300ml total)
pour into another jug. Do this twice so you now have 600ml of Luke warm water in a jug.
