All Purpose Flour 255g
Baking Powder 10g
1 Egg 50g
Marmalade 80g
Miced Spice 5g
Milk 40g
Mixed Fruit 340g
Salt 5g
Sugar 70g
Tea 200g


Soak fruit and sugar in tea for 6hours

Mix together with other ingredients and spoon into a greased tin.

Bake at 170 for 45 mins cover with foil and return for 45mins or till knife comes out clean.
