A quick healthy snack any time of the day...

Mix equal amounts of oatmeal flour and semolina with enough curds to make a thick pouring consistency. (Add water if required to adjust the consistency) Add ground ginger (1/2 tsp for 1 cup of mixture), finely cut green chillies (to taste), finely cut tomatoes (1/4 cup for 1 cup of mixture), finely chopped coriander/ cilantro leaves, salt (to taste) and very little sugar to taste,

Heat a flat pan and add a tablespoon of oil (any cooking oil will do). Let the oil heat and pour 2 -3 tablespoons of mixture to the heated oil to make small thin pancakes. Cover it with with a lid for 3-4 mins. Once the bottom of the pancake is golden, flip it over to cook the other side golden. Do not cover it with the lid after the pancake has been flipped.

Serve hot with curd and lime pickle!
