To bake 4 loaves you will need:
1kg white and 600g wholemeal flour
Mix it all togethee
Add 280g of sourgough starter and 1l of room temp water previously boiled to get rid of limescale.
Kneed it and leave for a day then cut it into pieces and form 4 doughballs for proofing baskets.
Put them into fridge and leave for 2-4 days in which you can bake when you want them.
