Wholemeal Rustic Bread with Walnuts ( breadmaker)

 Ingredient:

  • 1 tsp Organic Dry Yeast
  • 500g Biodynamic Stoneground Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Demerara sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 25g butter
  • 370ml water
  • 70g walnuts 

Method:

Chop Walnuts up roughly.

Add all the ingredients into the bread pan except walnuts in the order above and set your bread maker for wholemeal bread setting with "raisin". If you have a breadmaker with a dispenser it is even easier. 

I use Panasonic breadmaker SD 2500 - menu no. 06.

Bread is delicious warm/toasted with butter and honey to spread on. We consider it more like cake then bread to be honest. I believe you will not be disappointed.
