Delicious Rustic Homemade Bread
550grms White Spelt flour
1 tsp salt
3 tsp Honey
7 tbsp Olive oil
28grms Fresh Yeast
350ml Warm water
Place in Bread machine for 1 prove only, approx 90mins.
Place onto floured board, lightly knead for 1min, place on metal tray, cook in oven 175c until it has significatly risen and golden brown, check base of loaf this should be slightly darker in colour and really firm when knocked with knuckles.
Allow to cool slightly and eat warm, or cool totally and cut into required pieces/slices, place in clean sealable bags and freeze untill required, or spread with favourite butter/spread and cover with favourite jam/honey or favourite sandwich fillings.
