Quick, simple and oh so yummy! This recipe can easily be halved, but it's best to make the whole batch because they store amazingly well in the freezer.
Ingredients
100g Coco oil
350g Oatmeal
100g Custard powder
100g Wheat Flour
150g Treacle
1/3 of a teaspoon of Baking Powder
Method
Melt the Coco Oil
Carefully add Oatmeal, Custard Powder and Wheat Flour and stir gently
Blend 150g Treacle into the mix
Finally add Baking Powder
Knead until smooth
Let the dough sit for half an hour, until the Coco Oil sets
Roll 4 sticks (size: diameter of a 2£ coin) and let them sit for another half an hour in the fridge
Cut the ‘sticks’ to 'coins'
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until done
Let them cool down before you can take them of the baking paper
