Bread with Three Malts and Sunflower Organic Flour

This bread is made with our favorite flour! I cannot show it entirely because my daughter did not resist the temptation and almost ate half without warning.

Poolish: 100 grs. fermented fruit water from organic apples, 100 grs. flour three malts and 1,5 grs. organic yeast.

Bread dough: All poolish, 220 grs. flour three malts, 100 grs. water, 70 grs. cow kefir, 5 grs. and eextra virgin olive oilxtra virgin olive oil.
