So much better than anything from a supermarket, and you can customize your own filling!
Little drops of heaven
Ingredients
150g of oats
200 g of dates
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 handfuls of walnuts
cinnamon
a pinch of baking soda
2 scoops of vegetable protein vanilla or chocolate flavor (optional)
A method of preparing
Soak the flakes in warm water for about 1 hour, and soak the dates in boiling water for about 30 minutes.
Blend dates with cocoa powder and maple syrup, add oats and blend it, add the rest of the spices. At the end add the nuts.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes in a baking tray (rectangle shape), remember to place the cake batter on a baking paper.
Once done, leave it in the oven to cool down.

How much water do you soak the oats/flakes and dates in - do you drain the water or add? Sounds nice but recipe not that clear, thanks
