50% Emmer wheat loaf

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp Fermipan fast action yeast
  • 200g Emmer wheat flour
  • 200g organic strong white flour
  • 15g President unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornish sea salt
  • 310g water

Method

  1. Simply follow Panasonic recipe for medium wholewheat loaf
  2. Yeast first/flour/butter/salt/sugar/water

Lovely with cream cheese, smoked salmon, squeeze of lemon, black pepper, slightest twist of salt.......lovely!
