Panibois 'Duc' wooden baking mold x 5

These lovely wooden trays are perfect for preparing, baking and serving bread as well as other goodies, and can be used numerous times with a fresh liner.

The Panibois will tolerate temperatures ranging from -40°C to +240°C (-104°F to +464°F)

Made from untreated poplar, aspen or birch, they are biodegradable too, so when they're worn out they can be composted safely.

How should I store my flour and how long will it keep?

Ideally flour should be kept in a sealed container in a cool dry place with stable temperature. Typically white flour has a shelf life from milling of 12 months. Wholemeal flour will be good for 6 months. More ...
