Simply place in your oven to preheat like any normal pizza stone and it will help to give a wonderful crispy crust to your bread (or pizza!).  The superb baking results are down to the “optimal thermal conductivity” from its 6mm thickness if you like the technical explanation.  But whatever, we are sure you will love its simple functionality combined with Scandinavian design-chic that will compliment any kitchen and it will be nearly impossible to break.

Guaranteed for 10 years, but if treated well should last a lifetime!

The peel is made from lightweight aluminium, great for transferring your lovely bakes to and from your steel or baking sheet.


Both products measure 30x40cm, the steel weighs in at a sturdy 5kg.

How should I store my flour and how long will it keep?

Ideally flour should be kept in a sealed container in a cool dry place with stable temperature. Typically white flour has a shelf life from milling of 12 months. Wholemeal flour will be good for 6 months. More ...
