Yogurt Cake

2 greek yogurts - 125 grams each

1 container (use the cleaned yogurt container) of oil

Ingredients

2 containers of sugar

3 containers of self raising flour (113)

3 free range eggs

flavours - vanilla or lemon

small pinch of salt

Method

preheat the oven at 180°C

in a large bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a uniform batter

pour into large loaf tin (grease it before)

bake for 45 min - 1 hour at 180°C
