White Granary Loaf

This is a tried and tested loaf, it never fails us. We also play around with the flours, sometimes we add less white and more Organic Light Malt house Flour.

Ingredients

1 1/4 Easybake Yeast

300g  Shipton Mill Canadian White Bread Flour

200g Shipton Mill Organic Light Malt house Flour

1tsp Table Salt

30g Toasted Sesame Oil

20g Clear Honey

350ml Luke warm water

60 to 80g Shipton Mill 5 Seed Blend
