Vegan Naan Bread

Simple to make with only 4 ingredients. Cooked on a griddle or heavy frying pan. Free from dairy and palm oil. The dough can be made in advance and then quickly cooked and served hot.

Ingredients -

2 cups Organic Chapatti Flour

1 cup Soya Yogurt

2 tsp baking powder

quarter tsp salt


Mix togeter the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the yogurt and form into a dough (add more yogurt if too dry)

Divide into 6 and roll out thinly on a floured board.

Cook one at a time on a hot griddle or heavy frying pan with no oil.

serve warm.
