6 tablespoons Shipton Mill Organic Irish Soda Coarse Brown Bread Flour
6 tablespoons Shipton Mill Extra Coarse Organic Wholemeal Flour
3 tablespoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 pint buttermilk
Bake at 180 fan for forty five minutes
