475g Shipton Mill Organic Light Malthouse Flour

25g Butter

1¼ tsp flour

1¼ tsp sugar

350g water

1tsp Allison easybake yeast

good handful of of organic pumpkin seeds

decent pinck of caraway seeds


Panasonic breadmaker 5 hour setting for seeded bown bread

Should the 1 1/4 tsp flour be 1 1/4 tsp salt in this recipe?

Thank you so much -- how careless of me! You are quite right. 1¼ teasponns of salt! I have been baking this for us and for the community now -- and now I never put in any sugar either but I do use 1¼ tsp of active dried yeast, not just 1tsp. Best regards
