Super easy & moreish truffles... and they just happen to be vegan!
300g chopped dates
100g finely chopped almonds
100g finely chopped cashews
200g melted dark chocolate
Cocoa powder for dusting
1. Measure 30g of chopped dates and compac into a flat disk
2. Place chopped almonds and cashews in the middle of the disk and roll into a ball
3. Dip in melted dark chocolate then place on parchemtn paper to set
4. Roll in cocoa powder
Try not to eat them all in one go!
