Sun dried tomato bread

Ingredients

350g self raising flour 

1 teaspoon each of: dried basil; parsely; oregano & sugar 

300mll milk 

1 tblsp sunflower oil

1 tblsp tomato puree 

50g sundreid tomatos 

Method

MIx all dry ingredients together; then mix all wet ingredients together - add them to each other, but in 2lbs tin & bake for 40mins @ 190degrees - boom!
