Method

  1. Add ingredients to bread pan in order listed
  2. Set breadmaker to standard white setting with medium crust ( I used setting 13 on mine which has a speciality mode)
  3. When finished, remove cool, enjoy

a few tweaks
Try this: substitute 60g of the white with wholemeal spelt, up the yeast to 2 tsp, up the sugar to 3 or even 4 tsp - I use fructose due to sucrose intolerance so you may need less with cane or beet sugar, up the water to 360ml, subtitute the butter with 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
