Spelt Banana Bread Loaf

3 eggs

130g soft brown sugar

160ml sunflower oil

280g brown bananas

200g shipton mill spelt flour

1tsp baking powder

1tsp bicarb soda

1tsp cardamon

2tsp rolled oats

 

Mix eggs,sugar and oil until combined

Add mashed bananas

Mix in flour, sodas, spices untill all combined

Spoon into lined loaf pan

Sprinkle over rolled oats

Bake 160 degrees 60 mins or until skewer comes out clean
