Quick And Easy Recipe For A Great Sunday Morning Breakfast - Can Be Enjoyed either with Savoury or Sweet Toppings!
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp spelt flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
1 cup of soaked and blended soya beans (soak beans in water overnight; then chop up in a blender)
Mix buttermilk, eggs and oil into the chopped soya beans in a bowl
Add oats, spelt flour and baking powder
You should achieve a waffle batter
Cook waffles in your waffle maker
Once cooked it works perfectly well with sweet or savoury.
