650gms Strong White Flour
100gms Wholemeal Flour
2 tea spoons sugar
1.75 tea spoons Himalian Salt
25gms Butter - Salted would be ok
I use a breadmaker Panasonic -SD-2501
In the container of the breadmaker, I put in 500ml of water and add 75gms of starter - mix is well then put in all the above. Then allow to mix on Selection No.1 - The mixture will for about 45min before the mixing starts.
Once the mixing is completed, cover the container with the mixed flour and put it in the fridge for 24hours.
Take the dough out of the container and put it on a clean worktop. Lightly put the flour then mold the dough in the shape of the baking tin. Once this is completed then put the baking tin in a warm place with a damp cloth on the top on the tin and allow the dough to rise. When it has risen enough to the top of the baking tin. It is now ready to bake. Put it in the oven at 210o C for 35 minutes.
When the bell rings, your bread is ready. Nice crispy top and rest of the bread soft and tasty.
