Simple but very effective white bread recipe for loaves,French sticks and rolls
25g of fresh yeast
1kg of Shipton organic strong white flour
20g of Salt
550g of luke warm water
100g of light Olive Oil
Add all ingredients to a bread mixer. Mix for five minutes, then rest for two minutes, continue to mix for a further five minutes.
Once mixed shape the dough using a dough sraper, return dough to the mixing bowl and then cover and leave to rise for an hour. After the rising process shape the bread in to loaves,french sticks or rolls and leave to rise for 30 minutes before baking for 30 to 40 minutes at 230 degree C.
