7g dried yeast

200g wholemeal flour

200g white unbleached flour

100g mixed seeds of your choice (poppy seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc) sometimes I replace some seeds with chopped nuts...

350ml water

1tsp sugar or honey

Mix all ingredients for 5 min on the dough setting, then take out of the Thermomix and cut the dough into 12 pieces.

make them round in your hands and place them on a floured oven tray or baking paper...

in a warm oven at 50 degrees C to rise for 40 min, then turn oven straight to 200 degrees C and cook them for 25 min. They need to sound hollow when you tap them.

My kids love making them and eating them of course. Very nice warm with Brie cheese on top..
