Reliable breadmaker recipe
In this order add to your breadmaker;
360 ml warm water
1 Tablespoon veg oil
1 level teaspoon salt (or slightly less)
200g Organic Light Malthouse Flour
200g Untreated Organic White Flour
170g Stoneground Organic Wholemeal
1 teaspoon Instant yeast for breadmakers.
Optional handful of pumpkin/sunflower or other seeds.
Add ingredients to your breadmaker in the order above.
I use program 3, which is Basic White setting, taking 3 hours 50 minutes, and selecting a soft crust.
