Oatmeal crackers

Ingredients

115g medium oatmeal

35g light rye flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

15g softened butter

3 tbps water

Method

Heat the oven to 350F / 175C

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together and form a ball

Lightly flour a board and roll out 3 - 5mm thick

Cut out circles and bake for approx 20 mins until dry and firm
