Three flours mixed together give a crusty, tasty loaf which has a firm texture, some crumb, and holds its crust.
200g strong white
100g strongest wholemeal
100g Three malts and sunflower brown
1 tsp dried yeast
1.25 tsp salt
1.25 tsp sugar
15g olive oil
Bake via tour usual wholemeal method. I use breadmaker which is very successful, although the strong crust makes it difficult to extract!
