A lovely malted multi seeded loaf really tasty,to make in your bread machine.
340 ml warm water
2 tbsp malt extract
500g Organic light malt house flour
30 g malted wheat flake
30g multi seed blend
11/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soft brown sugar
11/2 tsp easy blend yeast
2 tbsp oil
Pour the water into the bread machine pan,add the malt extract then the flour and seeds and flakes.
Add the salt,sugar,yeast and oil to different corners of the pan.
place the pan into the bread machine and press the wholewheat cycle.
I often use the dough cycle on my machine,re- prove and bake in a hot oven as I like the cob shape better.
