Malted & Seeded Loaf - bread machine

Our everyday loaf full of body and texture. We eat it as toast with peanut butter and as sandwiches - ham, cheese, mustard and salad or roast chicken, stuffing and mayo our favourites! Never fails for a chewy, heavily grained, substantial wholemeal loaf.

Ingrediants

3/4 tsp dried yeast

300g Shipton Organic Light Malthouse Flour

100g Shipton Extra Coarse Organic Wholemeal Flour

 15g butter

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

300ml water

 

Seeds added to nut/fruit dispenser

2 tbsp Shipton Malted Wheat Flakes

2 tbsp Shipton Cut Malted Rye Grains

4 tbsp Shipton 5 Seed Blend

 

Ingrediants added to bread pan in this order as specified by our bread machine's instructions.

We use basic rasin programme - 4 hours which automatically dispenses seeds with medium crust or the 5 hour wholemeal raisin programme.

 

Seeds added to fruit/nut dispenser.
