Makes two 500g loaves of moist rye/white chewy, malty sourdough. Great toasted with jam or eaten as it is with cheeses, smoked fish, or whatever takes your fancy.
3/4 tsp dried yeast
300g Shipton Organic Light Malthouse Flour
100g Shipton Extra Coarse Organic Wholemeal Flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Seeds added to nut/fruit dispenser
2 tbsp Shipton Malted Wheat Flakes
2 tbsp Shipton Cut Malted Rye Grains
4 tbsp Shipton 5 Seed Blend
Ingrediants added to bread pan in this order as specified by our bread machine's instructions.
We use basic rasin programme - 4 hours which automatically dispenses seeds with medium crust or the 5 hour wholemeal raisin programme.
Seeds added to fruit/nut dispenser.
