Keto Rustic bread

200g cream cheese
4 Eggs
100g Potato / Oat Fiber
30g Psyllium Husk
Baking powder 16g
100ml of boiling water
2 Tbsp Vinegar
Salt

Mix eggs pinch of salt to it best volume. add the cream cheese.
Mix all the dry ingredients and add it to the bowl, when mixed, add boiling water and vinegar
Mix well and let it rest for 15-20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150 C. Shape a loaf and add potato fiber to cover the top of the loaf with it. Cut lines are optional.
Bake for 90 minutes
