Vegan or not. Dark and a little sweet - almost cake like... delicious with loads of butter (or favourite substitute)

600 grams Wholemeal Flour
150 grams White Flour
75 grams Oatmeal
2 ½ teaspoons of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon salt
40ml olive oil or 40 grams Butter
450ml soy milk with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or 480nl Milk
200ml Black Treacle or Mollasses
285ml Draught Guinness

Mix oil/butter with all dry ingredients until the dough develops a consistency of bread crumbs. Add the soy milk mix/milk, black treacle, and Guinness Draught. Mix until you have a wet dough. Bake in a greased bread tin for 55 to 60 minutes at 170C/325F in a preheated oven. Turn out of tin and bake an extra 5-10 minutes for a crispier crust. I have made this in the breadmaker with success, and I have also just added the wet ingredients to the dry and mixed.
