A tasty savoury bread - good served with soup.
- 3 crushed garlic cloves.
- 10g yeast.
- 500g strong bread flour; I used white spelt, but wholemeal flour can be used.
- 10g salt.
- 350g water.
Make bread as usual, but knead the crushed garlic into the dough before the second proving.
