French loaf variation

A twist on the Panasonic bread maker rustic french loaf recipe. The Panasonic recipe produces a very open hugely risen loaf. It’s very tasty and lovely to eat but very difficult to slice. In this recipe I’ve substituted the strong wholemeal with spelt wholemeal and used a mixture of white and seeded white flour. It was an experiment to try and produce a loaf with more body. Bake in Panasonic bread maker on French bake (6 hours)

100gm strong white flour

185 gm Shipton's 5 seeded white

50gm dark rye

75gm wholemeal spelt

1 tsp yeast

1 tsp salt

15gm butter

312ml water
