Ingredients

2 (250ml) cups of wholemeal flour;

1 cup of white flour;

1 cup of warm water;

3 tbsp olive oil;

½ tsp salt;

3 tsp sugar;

tip of a teaspoon of vitamin C powder;

7g fast action yeast;

Method

Whole wheat breadmaker cycle.
