Figgy Bread

INGREDIENTS

8ozs Plain White Bread Flour

1/2 tablespoon Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon Ascorbic acid ( vitamin C)

! 7gm sachet fast action yeast

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

165ml Water

8 Soft Dried figs (I buy these from Grape) cut into small pieces

METHOD

1. Place water and olive oil in pan followed by all other ingredients except figs.

2. Place figs on top of dried ingredients and set machine to 2. Medium size and light crust.
