Fig and Walnut Plait

Ingredients

4 cups Organic Fig, Spelt and Pumpkin Seed Flour

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Dried Yeast

Approx 10 fluid oz warm milk and water mixed

1 - 3 tsp Honey (to taste)

1 oz Butter

3 oz walnuts (chopped)

Method

Make up dough as usual, adding the walnuts after the first proving. Bake at Gas 6 (400F, 180 Fan) for about 30 minutes
