Fig and parma ham and rocket pizza

Combine the following in the breadmaker to prepare the dough:

300g strong white bread flour

5g sea salt

15ml good quality olive oil

170ml water

Roll out on a well floured surface and then prove the dough for 20 minutes at 40 degrees

Add toppings, we like to use: tomato puree, extra mature cheddar, italian herb seasoning, bufallo mozzarella, parma ham, figs and rocket.

Cook in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for approx 15 minutes

Drizzle with olive oil and serve!
